We've made the cutting blade thinner whilst of course keeping it safe for your little chefs fingers. With the new blade it’s now possible for your child to spread butter, avocado, toppings etc, so they can now make their own sandwich for school lunch. 

The blade has a ceramic coating used in top chef’s knives which we have made to the same standards as all of our knives with stainless steel and ceramic passing European, Australian and US standards for non toxic products.
