Returns

- Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase if item is still in original condition with original packaging with receipt of purchase from our store

- If exchange isn't an option a credit note will be issued to be used within 3 months

- We don't offer returns or exchanges on any baby items for hygiene reasons

- There are no returns or exchanges on Sale items

- Please don't send any goods back to the manufacturer of the item
