Refund policy

Returns can be made for up to 30 days with receipt of purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, item must be unused and in the same condition that you bought it, in the original packaging and re-sellable. 

Sale items
Only full priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange please send an email shop@spottydot.com.au or return to our South Melbourne store.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
